In App Help & Support
Builders and tradies can also contact our support team directly through the Help & Support feature within the mobile and web app. This allows users to create support tickets, track their status and receive notifications when updates are made or when an issue is resolved.
Support tickets can be raised in several ways:
- Through the Help & Support section inside the app
- While creating your profile, by tapping the info (i) icon if you get stuck at any step
- From the Profile module by selecting Help & Support
Once a ticket is created, its status can be viewed at any time, and users will receive notifications as the status changes, including when the issue has been resolved.
Our goal is to ensure every user has a smooth and supported experience from sign-up through to daily use.
